Service Calls

Customer Service Calls

We specialize in customer service, and when the time comes, we provide our skill set to ensure the guest is happy and their needs are met regarding basic maintenance work. Simple jobs such as a loose doorknob, weird smells, tripped breakers, etc would fall in this category. Afterhour rates do apply outside of 9am-5pm, when available.

Routine
Maintenance Inspections

We offer ongoing inspections to help with keeping service calls to a minimum! Having an inspection done is one of the best ways to ensure someone is having a detailed look at your property on a regular basis, without you having to be there yourself!

Monthly Inspections starting at $75
Quarterly Inspections starting at $150
Annual Inspections starting at $250

We will provide a detailed report with photos of the inspection via email. We will share our findings and any suggested work to be done and provide and estimate of the cost should the need arise! Ask for a detailed list of our inspections!

Hot Tubs & Appliance Repair

Appliances are an important amenity. When those appliances fail for any reason it ruins your day or a guest. We provide preventative maintenance services on Hot Tubs, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, and many others. Not sure what the issue is? Call us for an evaluation so we can see for you.

Delivery Fee

We offer pick-up, deliver, and install most appliances. Additionally we test and check the appliances for function and for any leaks. For used/new/dent appliances we do not offer any warranty. Factory warranty typically includes parts but not labor. Please refer to your service information provided at the time of purchase for more details. If we are called to do an evaluation of a new/used appliance service fees will be applied in addition to delivery charges on a change work order. Please call if you have any questions.
