SCHEDULING A SERVICE

How Scheduling Work Happens

UPDATE:

We recently updated out Terms of Service and all our policies. Please note we no longer use MaintainX for our requests. All requests must be sent via our clickable link on the home page.

Scheduling an appointment: All services requested by a client or an approved agent on their behalf (i.e. Property Manager, or employee). All services requested are not guaranteed and are subject to our approval process.

​

Services provided are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

​

Service calls and services requested are subject to time extensions and change orders for conditions and unknown variables such as weather, animals, natural disasters, traffic, and any other thing that will extend our duration of heading to or being at a job.

Availability and Scheduling

We are proud to present our new company service philosophy: proactivity!

 

We have found that our services are best utilized by clients who are proactive and preventative as opposed to reactive.

As such, we have not had many after-hours calls be necessary over the last few years. In fact, we've almost eradicated all after-hours and emergency calls by going on-site regularly in order to report and prevent issues from becoming problems!

Our regular business hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. All calls are done in the order received/scheduled. At this time we only offer limited afterhours service calls to clients who are on our Proactive/Monitoring Program. If you have an emergency with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC we invite you to call a professional 24/7 service that works your area. We have no affiliation with any of these companies, and a quick Google search will help you out.

Due to increased volume, and increased ownership in the area, we will do our best to prioritize service calls in the order they are recieved.

 

We reserve the right to reschedule if another client calls with an emergency, we will make you aware if that is the case. We apologize for this inconvenience, but in order to maintain quality workmanship we need to schedule jobs ahead of time if possible. Please feel free to contact us, as people do cancel service calls and we may have availability.
