Seasonal Changeover Services: 

 

Owners who are on our seasonal services program will be priority when weather events happen and need emergency services done. The program is in response to the harsh winter we had in 2022 where we had hundreds of cabins without water due to having little to no insulation in crawlspaces. We've had similar issues in other seasons. Our job as a maintenance company is to get ahead of issues like this beforehand to allow guests and home owners to enjoy their time at the home/property without interruption as much as possible.

We will offer the following:

Spring to Summer Services: April to June

• Installing window units per owner requests.

• Turning off fireplaces and cutting off the gas.

• Cleaning coils for AC systems.

• Checking air filters.

• and more!

Summer to Fall Services: August to October

• Turning on fireplaces and cleaning them as necessary.

• Checking door and window gaskets.

• ​

Fall to Winter Services: September to November

• Installing frost caps on spigots.

• Inspecting and doing repairs on the pipe insulation and subfloor insulation.
• Checking door and window gaskets.
• Changing air filters.
• Hot tub servicing.
